Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 16, 2026. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights, under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Who is responsible for your data
Ricardo Meza Sánchez, an individual doing business under the name Manglar Labs, with address at Calle Salas 174, between Sonora and Yucatán, ZIP 63744, San Blas, Nayarit, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
For any matter related to your data, including exercising your rights, write to us at [email protected]. These requests are handled directly by the data controller.
Data we collect
If you request a diagnosis through the form: your name or your company name; what you tell us about what takes up most of your time (written in your own words, and you may tick options such as Excel, inventory, appointments or invoicing); your WhatsApp number or email address and, if you arrived from the button of a specific service, that interest (for example, the veterinary system). Please do not enter sensitive personal data (for example, health data) or third parties’ data in the form.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone: the data you choose to share with us in that conversation.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data or financial or property data; please do not include it in your messages.
What we use your data for
Only to handle your request: to contact you, schedule and hold the diagnosis session, follow up on it and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. These purposes are necessary to respond to you.
We do not process your data for secondary purposes: we will not send you advertising or newsletters. If we ever wanted to use it for another purpose, we would ask for your consent first.
By submitting the form or writing to us, you consent to the processing for these purposes. You can withdraw your consent as explained below.
How and for how long we keep it
We do not keep a contact database: your request reaches us as an email and is kept there.
If your request does not become a project, we delete those emails no later than 12 months after the last contact. If it becomes a project, we keep them for the duration of the relationship and for as long as applicable laws require (for example, tax laws).
We apply reasonable security measures to protect access to that information.
Service providers and transfers
To get your request to us we rely on providers that process the data only on our behalf and for this purpose: Web3Forms, which delivers the form to our email; Google (Gmail), where we receive and keep the email; and Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website and may log technical data about your connection, such as your IP address, for security. Some of them may process the information outside Mexico.
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties. We would only share it without your consent in the cases allowed by article 36 of the law, for example, at the request of a competent authority.
How to limit the use of your data
If you do not want us to contact you again or want us to stop using your data, write to [email protected] or tell us through the same channel we used to contact you. We will stop and, if you ask, delete your information.
Your ARCO rights and how to withdraw consent
You have the right to access your data, rectify it if it is inaccurate, cancel it and object to its use (known in Mexico as ARCO rights), and to withdraw your consent. Withdrawal is not retroactive.
To do so, send an email to [email protected] with the subject “ARCO rights” including: your name and how you want to receive the answer; a copy of an official ID (or, if a representative acts on your behalf, the document that proves it); a clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise; and any detail that helps us locate the data. If you request a correction, tell us what needs to be corrected.
We will reply within 20 days of receiving your request and, if it is granted, carry it out within the following 15 days. These periods may be extended once for an equal period when the case justifies it. Exercising these rights is free; only reproduction or shipping costs, if any, could be charged.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores your theme preference (light or dark) in your browser, which does not identify you. If we enable analytics tools in the future, we will update this notice first.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice due to changes in the law or in how we work. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date and, if the change is significant and we have your contact details, we will also let you know that way.
Authority
If you believe your rights were not respected, you may go to Mexico’s Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance (Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno), the authority in charge of personal data protection for private parties.
